BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS THE SAME AS THE THE OTHER ONE IT TRIES TO HIDE UNDER(RE:Savings and Recovery and American Utilities Systems Auditing) as an empolyee of this lying company I know first hand at the treacherey that goes on day in and day out. first of all they lie to phone prospects by telling them they sent out mailing info to their area (BOGUS) the owner Jim Valgene is way to cheap and crooked to spend money on that! Second, they tell prospects that the appt will take less than 20 min(BOGUS) Thirdly they tell prospects that they will save them a guarenteed 15%(BOGUS) all they do is a formula. They take your current copy of energy bills and times them by 12 so if your spending $2000.00 a month on electric and gas they times that by 12 = $24,000 a year, then ask ask for 7.5% up front as a ("RETAINER") claiming they are going to reduce your costs, after 4 to 6 months go by and they realize(most of the time right away your not going to get any reductions they send you a default letter, stating you did not provide them with the correct invoices on time, or they just dont call you anymore, eithier way your screwed. You will get frustrated and try to call, but you will get no reponse because there is no (AUDITING DEPT. TO BEGIN WITH) only a number to receive angry messages that they laugh at and ignore. unfortunatly the telemarketers get only min. wage, but the rep who is screwing you is getting 30% of the first $1000.00 and 20% after that. while the drunken owner Jim Valgene and his a*****e partner Steve Rafter get the rest!!!! they have problems with their marriages with the IRS and with being HONEST! the only time you get your money back is if you go to the office and threathen them(WHICH UNFORTUNATLY I HAVE BEEN A WITTNESS TO) well anyway time to get some sleep so i can get screwed tommorow myself along with hard working business owners(ALL APOLIGIES)
