SCBN Prescription advocacy I called this company to get help with my husbands medication for high blood pressure and had to pay 80.00 upfront. I received my packet two weeks later and the info given to me by Jermaine at 877-331 Austin, Texas

I called this company SCBN to get help with my husbands medication for high blood pressure.I was misled by Jermaine at 877-331-0362 on how this works. When I got the packet they wanted all kinds of unneccessary personal info. When I called customer service to cancel and ask for my 80.00 to be returned they refused to return the money. They did NOTHING for me, but took my 80.00.

I immediately after requesting my membership to be cancelled did as they told me and sent the packet back to them and sent a email to request cancellation of this membership.

This company is a rip-off and I intend to call the media, attorney general's ofc. and the better business bereau immediately and maybe they can do something about this company.
