I wanted it canceled right after I was transfer to Lekeysha to finalize the trans action. John said Lekeysha is my advocate.  â€‹ This started when looking into places with the medicine at cheaper prices. Spoke to one customers service rep first the beginning of March. That is of this year 2014. Wished to canceled right after the rep transfer call. The advocate to finalize the trans action. Well, speaking to the advocate felt something wasn't adding up. Told her not to do anything with the account. Then I hung up. She had other people call me back. Then the first customer service rep called back. I ask again to stop everything. Then his Supervisor came in on the call. He told me some crap. Each person you talk with tell you different rules on this whole thing. Should of stayed with my first thought cancel right then and there. I been told one thing by Customer Service Rep then something different from the advocate. Now today March 17th something totally different by so call advocate's supervisor . Which they kept me on hold over 15 minutes guess to get the story together.

Right now so frustrated that I have been trying to cancel this account since the started. They are saying different things to me each time talking with them. Know they are telling me I will be picking my medicine up at my doctors office. They said they sent a email. All am looking for I is my full 85.00 dollors back. Called the bank to stop payment on any additional charges. Totally un a where of these things. The supervisor of the advocate now saying since there are sign papers they said am held to it. Which was just mailed this past Friday. So tell me why I can't have full refund. They keeping on saying due to sign papers that the service charge won't be refunded. When the paper work isn't even there yet. At this point not feeling right about this company and them having the bank information. I am out of work and trying to save money on medicine. Just feeling am being told different pieces as it goes. . The problem is they only want to give a refund only 35.00 and keep the 50.00 service charge. At this point just want the full amount back.

Warning if anyone wanting to save on prescriptions to look around before signing with this company. They don't have the whole story together. Another point is name bands medicines are 35.00 and generic brand medicine it will be addition 65.00 more a month. But when questioned about being told if I order two prescription back in the beginning it would only be 25.00 each. So told them send them since being paid for them already. But mention about stopping payment. Was told no way of them tracking if I cancel. Funny thing they said you would have to read a letter if you wish to cancel. Supervisor ask when this will be done. My remark was guess! Hung up called the bank and then started this letter. Then reading on other sites about the complaints on this company.

Be Warn of the this SCBN Advocacy Business. Feeling that this place isn't being up front with people and their medicines and most important the finances. Just knowing how so many people out of work and with out insurance or prescription coverage. Now you have to worry of scams. Take this as a warning so you will not have the headaches that is happening to get the full refund. Lesson in this is read fine print and look into company before you go giving information out.
