First of all lets get this strait, I WORKED for Scentura Creations for two years and I was a manager w my own building and partner and it is a complete scam!!! I'm not going to go over the hiring and interviews and the training but I wasted 2 years if my life w that company and the only good thing that came out if it was a trip to Vegas ( that I had to sell 100 bottles of perfume in 10 days ) so if u add up all that $ I basically payed for that trip myself and my wonderful daughter. Otherwise it's a complete pyramid sceme. Yes we made $ but just as easily as it comes in it goes out just to run the business. Rent, electricity, water, insurance, daily supplies and more copies that could imagine and having to split what little profit that was left over w my partner. And if that wasn't enough the bosses above us ALWAYS had the nerve to ask us, the owners to then buy bottles. What a frekin joke, really. Just like we the small little owners had a quota to meet they had a quota as well. So u see they don't care about the little guy only their wallets and the big bosses were the ones who got rich, driving their BMWs and their half a million dollar homes on a lakefront private residential area in Florida. And just to let every1 know the reason for the name-calling (blowouts) it's a head game a way to manipulate people to stay n the business bc they need u to sell for them so they could hit the quota and make alittle $. I will never forget one Christmas we had just did the settle up and my profit for one week was a lousy 100.00 and my bosses wanted me and my partner to buy more bottles. I told them no I was buying Christmas gifts for my son, later that same day at the business owners meeting they called me out and told ever1 I wasn't being loyal to the company. Everything was for show w that company, they might have been driving a BMW but it was giving to them as a gift from their bosses making all the $ and my bosses had 5 people living w them in a rent house in the getto in houston. I read in a previous rebuttal that an owner said on of his people made 500-800 a week, no way that trainee took that $ home they might had made that much for the company or made it the 1st week of training when they ask u to sell to ur friends and relatives and they promise u a (bonus) which they always find a loop hole not to give it to u or they just give u 2-3 bottles of perfume for free to sell. Bottom line is it's a waste a scam and a drain to u ur wallet and ur family.
