Schneider National Carriers - Jill Streubel Team Operation Manager refuse to rehire me after recovering from injury on the job, she said I caused to much trouble to company ripoff Charlotte North Carolina

I went thru Schneider National training and passed. I will be honest It took me several trys on passing final test, problem I was having was backing up. So my operation manager "Jill Streubel" made deceision to send me on road with trainer for two weeks, during that time I trained lot on backing up. Returned and finaled one thing on cdl test.

I went home and got my cdl on my own, Then contact Scheider National, Jill Streubel reviewed my case and made deceision to rehire me. I then drove over road for Schneider National from 10/22/04 to 12/21/04. On 12/21/04 I was injured while driving for Schneider National Carriers, I had to wait the next morning to report to my supervisor which was Reggie Simmons, which he is at Charlotte Operating Center, his number is 704-599-7361 I consider him a very good supervisor and can trust him. He told me to return to Charlotte and go home so I can see a doctor. Went and saw doctor.

On 1/6/05 supervisor called said company had to let me go. 2/18/05 I was operated on, 8wks to recover,on 3/28/05 saw doctor for follow up he said I can return at end of april back to work. On 4/8/05 called sup.to say I can return, he said call Jill Streubel "Team Opertations Manager" she said I caused to much trouble to co. and refused to rehire me. I feel that time I was with company I did good job, deserve a another chance or at least not have to pay back amount I owe to company because I couldn't do 1yr with company,cause I was hurt. ALL I ask is chance to return to company to drive or remove debt I owe to company.

Schneider National is overall not bad company I know their training is good but, intense. If you pass their training will be good truck driver.
