Schneider trucking school is paid training alright, you pay $5,ooo! Of course the say its free if you work for the 2 years but it comes out of your check. You would be 9 times better off looking for another company to work for, They do not offer long-term employment they try to make you quit by not fixing truck when its broke, underpay, lie to you about detention pay, make you wait all day at shippers, and make from one side of a 25 to the other for 0 miles. The only good about schneider is the dispatchers are cool. If you don't beleive me and you think you would like a big truck for free sleeping in the shippers yard with no bathroom in six inches of mud just go to any truckstop or rest area and talk to a driver before you make the mistake.
