Hi, my name is Nico. I was a very good safe driver for Schneider located in MCcalla Alabama and never had no accidents or nothing, they did me totally wrong! Schneider have a new account with Home Depot and the incident happened on the dock with a male Employee at Home Depot in which he and his co-workers was horse playing around, and there was no lights at the loading dock which tells a driver to stop or go when finish loading or unloading. The male Employee that was unloading the truck failed to pay attention to what he was doing because he was laughing and playing around with his co-worker friends, he then knocked on the trailer twice, in which all Class A drivers no that is a sign to warn a Driver when it is time to move forward, as I drove away the forklift driver for Home Depot was getting back inside of the trailer, and his forklift came off of the dock and I asked him why did he knock two times on the trailer and he replied he made a mistake. The Operation Manager for Schneider a black suck a** male! took Home Depot side to keep their new account and not only that he posted accident on my dock report! for something that is not my fault! I had been sitting at the dock at home depot for an hour just to unload 10 pallets and it does not take a forklift driver an hour to unload 10 darn pallets. And the forklift driver co-worker friends lied on their written statements of what they saw, because if they really saw the trailer moving, why didn't they tell their forklift driver friend not to go back inside of the trailer, out of all six pairs of eyes no one seen the trailer moving. So every written statement was fabricated and a vandictive lie! Schneider also made promises that I would get 2100 miles per week, it never happened because they have over 300 drivers and outside contractors using them for the same account! never seen $800 nor $1000 per week, drivers can not get the miliage Schneider promise because too many drivers and outside contractors are on one account, you are lucky to get 800 to 1000 miles per week. WHAT A JOKE, SO STAY AWAY FROM SCHNEIDER!

I have to agree with the other comment that was made and that is you don't ever ever assume anything
in trucking - you have to get out of your truck and check. Thank your lucky stars no one was hurt and use this experience as a lesson. I had goof ups when I first started driving also - all drivers do. If you stick with it and avoid the mistakes that are avoidable the good jobs in trucking will come along. I started out with Schneider and I agree they're not perfect but your earning your way thru to a better driving job. This is a tough business but it can be rewarding in the long run.

This is the part your not going to like, and I don't work for Pumpkin but I have been a truck driver for 39 years. Sorry it is your fault, you should have gotten out and went back there and looked, more so because no one can be trusted these days, it is that simple. Keep in mind that anything that can be blamed on you, will. That has been my biggest beef over the years, no one takes responsibilty, it is always the drivers fault.
As far as the lies, you may as well get used to them, there are very few honest people in this industry.
I hope everything works out for you and God Bless.
