Schumacher Homes Poor Quality Terrible Service; Won't Honor Warranty Claims ripoff Circleville Ohio

Schumacher homes refuses to honor warranty claims. They don't pay their installers and then the installers refuse to come and service the warranty claims. My garage door has been broken since October 24th. The company that installed the door refuses to come and service it due to problems with the builder. What problems?

My heat stopped working. The hvac installer refused to come and fix my furnace in the WINTER. Why, they are not getting paid by Schumacher. I had to do the legwork to get this item fixed.

The concrete in my garage was not poored properly and when it rains my entire garage floor gets wet. This problem will supposedly be fixed in the spring when the weather gets better.

Bill Schumacher is in charge of customer service. He is never in the office or always out of town, on vacation etc. He refuses to call me back. Why have a customer service manager at all. Just put a message on your machine telling us what it really is " Ha ha we have your money and we don't really care that our homes are a piece of crap".

I left my first message for Paul Schumacher today. From the posts on here it looks like he won't be calling back either.

There is a really nice lady who works in warranty. I actually feel really bad for her. She probably does not get paid nearly enough to take the crap from customers who are not getting serviced by these greedy jerks. She tries to do her job, but her hands are tied since Schumacher treats its contracters so poorly they won't come back and fix things.

Some advice, pay more money and go with a reputable builder. This company isn't worth the headaches.
