Schumacher homes building a home directly across from us in Canterbury Farms Development in Hinckley Ohio. Their trucks have damaged (cracked) our apron of driveway, made huge ruts in our lawn and we are told that they are not responsible for their workers damage. This is a load of crap. Our home is a new home and the lawn was installed in September of 2008. Not even six months old. Their project managers are ignorant and uneducated. Their office staff lies about superviosrs returning your calls. HOMEOWNERS BEWARE. Document and take pictures each and every day from the day Schumacher enters your neighborhood. Schumacher Homes believe they are GOD. They own another lot adjacent to ours and we will be out there everyday from day one once lot is sold and will document all their activity. They built a low end home in our development and damaged ours. Once again the little guy gets crushed, because the County nor the Townships hold them accountable either.

hire an attorney and go after their company... of course they are responsible for the damage their employees do to your property and they have insurance to cover any liability claims that arise out of their negligence.
