On the 321 Fresh Start Bankruptcy site, Score Sense offered a Free Credit Report to those of us filing an application to Fresh Start. I applied, saw nothing on the site, or contract agreement listing any monthly charges, or trial duration, and, when asked to confirm my request for report, responded yes. According to SCORE SENSE, there is nothing on the website indicating the charges, however, the supervisor I spoke to said the charges were indicated on an email.

This is serious and flagrant abuse of the consumer. I urge all of you who have been burned by this fraudulent operation to contact 321 Fresh Start, and also go to Twitter and Facebook and complain about Score Sense...that is the only way to get to them, through their pocket book.
