this guy mark hicks is not satisfied with just listing & selling homes, just like most brokers do, he has to figure out another way to make a higher commisssion, and he has, he uses telemarketers from the phillipnes to set up appts of only pedople who are losing there homes, once the appt is set up, he arrrives and tells them all the bad things of what can happen if you lose your home, like being homeless, credit ruined, forclosure ectt..., then he says i can make that all go away, just list your home with me, and i will sell it through short sale, which ruins your credit, make s you homeless anyway, case and point, i am a victim of this guys tactics, i lost my home, my credit is ruined, word to the wise, use an atty to negotiate with the bank next time.
