To the owner of this false report you originally said we stole your home and said we have cases that our company was sued you can go to any County websute in the State of California and you will find THAT IS NOT TRUE ! You also said I stole your home but you ALSO said the promises on Credit repair and saving your home were false , so I ask you did we represent you in anything because you will not identify yourself although you have the opportunity to do so .

When checked all of your allegations are COMPLETE FALSEHOODS and based on what you have written and said we have never represented you if we have you can post a document here that proves what you say. I have posted a recent document that shows what we do is true. Can't you do the same ? I dont think so. Obviously you are mad at someone but here is what I propose you contact us at the number provided we will REPAIR YOUR CREDIT FOR FREE, MODIFY YOUR EXISTING LOAN , GET YOU A NEW LOAN FOR FREE AND THEN YOU CAN POST ANYTHING YOU WANT HERE. I do not know who you are but what I do know is that if your allegations were true you could report me to the California Attorney Generals Office , The FBI , the Department of Real Estate and other agencies that would be interested in your complaint. Since you have not done that and choose to use this forum then I know that what you are saying is not true. I can furnish you with hundreds of clients that we have helped over the years that are either still in their homes or have had succesful loan modifications that we have done. The fact is you have never done business with us or you would know that . Dont hide behind the Ripoff report. We kow that you have not done business with us you have the wrong address for us we moved from the address you have for us years ago. If you have contacted us and do not understand our process we will gladly furnish that to you also. 

In my earlier rebuttal to your email I gave specific examples of people that we have helped and you neglected to mention that. Did you know that when we repair credit that the client can refinance or purchase a new home and that adds to our bottom line. Our business model is really simple "HELP All " and when we so that the clients spread the word about what we do ! There are questions that you can answer here about our services 

1. Were you in Foreclosure ?

2. Were you turned down for a Loan Modification ?

3. Did you lose your Home ?

If any of these questions are Yes then we know that  You did not do business with us because you would not be saying that we ripped you off.

 I woke up this morning and had an email in my inbox about a person that claims I stole his house and that I was operating a scam and I I realized that in the digital age and the era of social media that anyone can post anything about anyone. This disturbs me so I thought I would respond to this as quickly as as I could.  I will respond to each allegation that this person has made and support it with real data that is the truth. First of all I challenge any client that I have had over the last 28 years to bring forth any transaction tha they were wronged by my company or myself personal or in business, The person that wrote this is telling a story so lets look at it by first looking at the procedure that we do when a potential client has had some problems with their banks in a foreclosure process. As part of the procedure we need permission from the client to talk to their lender. The reason we need that document is that we are not the customer of the bank. This document needs to be signed by the customer so that we can see what the problem is or was , how it can be fixed, and if they need our help in negotiating with the bank to stop the foreclosure process. 

We are and identify ourselves as Real Estate Brokers and as part of our business clients have problems with their properties including foreclosure.  The person that wrote this I challenge you to produce any document whereby I tried to take anything from you . The reasoon that I know you cannot is because we have never been sued for anytrhing like that nor have we done anything like that. You stated that if you sign you home over to me so that I can short sell it . The first thing that you need to know when you make stuff up is that a short sale is when you have not paid on your home for such a long time then you owe more than its worth and if you are in forclosure then it is not my fault that you got there. So in effect you are admitting that owe so much on your home that its not worth what you owe BUT WE OR AN INVESTOR THAT WE WORK WITH WOULD BUY AN OVERPRICED HOUSE ?? Yes I do work with investors after 28 years of working with first time buyers they grew up and followed guidance and they now can buy investment properties. 

I think that whomever you are and if in fact we met with you then you know about ALL of the people that we have helped like Robert L form Stockton who is an IRAQ war veteran who was in foreclosure and we worked out with his lender to let him and his family stay in the home. M...Rashad whose wife was offf work do to surgery and he fell behind on payments and we were able to get his loan modified so that he and his family can live with dignity and not under the trreat of foreclosure. Like J.S a disabled Vietnam Veteran nurse who has lived in her home 30 years but was a victim of mortgage fraud and whom we saved her home. I think what this person does not tell you is that we have been in business 28 years have no complaints but have had challenges as any business has but we overcome them. By the way we do not have an investor pool I wish we did. We do have buyers and seller all the time aS i SAID WE ARE IN THE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS.

I could go on and on but the main thing is that it is easy to write nasty reviews about something that was never done to you but you claim it was.  I challenge you top come forward to prove these allegations because i know you cannot. I also will contest this as far as I can because I believe that a reputation is paramount in business. A few other things the staff that call you are here in America but in a diverse country you may be offended by someone with an accent calling you.  I am not.  I hope that this clarifies my position and i hope that you have the sense to call us and get the help that you need and you can do that by emailing me we have credit repair, foreclosure prevention , everything that you need to help you recover and just because you wrote what you wrote we will help you anyway .
