I purchase the hard drive that doesnt work. I lost all files. all my pictures and videos cannot be accessed anymore.
Instead of Them help me recoverying, they said i have to pay 99.00 for a software to recover the files that was supposed to be safe in the hard drive.
I went ahead and purchased, but no activation registratio was given. I called and very hard to find the correct number to call.
The support tells me that i should wait for an email, and that email never comes.
Long story short, they sold me a hardware that loses my files, so in desperation i should buy a software that could save my files from their hardware and the software never gets to you until you give up.
they try to get your money in everyway, and try to blame you for the defectveness from their hRDWARE.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THEY WONT HELP YOU AND THEY WILL TRICK YOU.
