Second To None, American Cash Award Duped by "inner city" kid Golden Colorado

Like many others, I also fell hook, line, and sinker for the stories of a young girl having lived in and out of foster care, who wanted a "hand up," not a "hand out." She became part of a so-called non-profit organization which helps kids like her become successful. The biggest red flag I should have followed was that I couldn't help by making a direct donation to the organization. The only way I could help her & this fabulous organization was to buy magazines. I later found out that the magazines are being sold through a for-profit company called American Cash Award. I was not able to find any info whatsoever on the net about Second To None, other than here at blessed Ripoff Reports.

These kids are either the most evil & most talented liars or these kids are being duped too, which may explain why they're so believable! If it's true that the kids are being taken advantage of too, it's the most disgusting scam of all. I listened to my red flags just in time and was (fingers crossed) able to stop payment on my check.
