Secured Document Bullsh*t "DEED PROCESSING NOTICE" -- TOTAL SCAM!!! Washington, District of Columbia

SECURED DOCUMENT SOLICITS IT OFFER AS A BILL!!!!
It uses:
1. "Final Notice Insert" in the letter packet.
2. Lists its fee with a 'payment due date'
3. States a $35.00 'Late Service Fee'.
4. Lists a 30 day 'Compliance Response Date' in bold lettering in the solicitation.
5. The LETTER has "DEED PROCESSING NOTICE" in large letters beneath a large bar code.

They are portraying THEIR BULLSH*T SERVICE 'THEIR SO CALLED SALES OFFER' as bill with additional charges if not paid by a certain date.

In fine print they have to tell you that they are not affiliated with any governmental organization and that they are MERELY soliciting. WHY DO THEY HAVE TO TELL ME THEY ARE NOT A BILL IN  SMALL FINE PRINT???? 

BECAUSE THEY HAVE WORDED THEIR ENTIRE BOGUS BULLSH*T OFFER just like a bill!!!  People, especially seniors will feel compelled to pay this BUNCH OF NO GOOD BOGUS SCAM SLUGS unless they read the snakey-a** fine print.
