Security Solutions CT unauthorized credit card payment, poor service, no current contract Fairfield County Connecticut

 Someone pried a window open and the alarm went off. I was locked in an upstairs bedroom unable to get to a phone. ONE AND A HALF HOURS later the police finally made it to my home. They said Security Solutions had phoned it in but told them the house was empty, so not a high priority. On another occasion it took an hour for Security Solutions to phone us in response to an alarm, to check on us.

I paid for their technician (a few hundred dollars) to rewire so that our small dog didn't trip the alarm. But ever since then the dog still trips it. I didn't get my money back nor did they fix the problem after I reported that the fix didn't work. They charged my credit card number for a year's advance service without my permission and without a renewed contract. I have found the company in service and billing practices to be unacceptable.
