Select Home Warranty Select Warranty does not honor their contract Nationwide

During October 2016 I paid for a two year contract with Select Home Warranty, and submitted a claim for electrical problems.  I was told a contractor would call within 24 hours; however, one week later still no call.  

I called the contractor directly, and the company told me they were not associated with Select Home Warranty.  I quickly called Select Home Warranty, and told the supervisor what the contractor stated, "he did not have a contract with Select Home Warranty!"  

The supervisor then said, "he would provide me a different company", but gave me the same company again, the one who had never heard of Select Home Warranty!   

Frustrated, I cancelled my home warranty Feburary 26, 2016, and was told by the supervisor of Select Home Warranty that I would receive my refund within 30 days.  Guess what!  

After numerous calls I am still waiting for my refund and it is now May 3rd. Each week the Accounting department told me the person who sends out the checks was on vacation.  

My warning to others, this company is a scam, and does not honor their contact!
