AMEN TO THAT!

That just goes to show you that if enough people log in and dont get bullied into not talking about your bad experience, maybe we can start up a class action lawsuit? I'm all in and I have a friend that says if we get enough people rallied that can prove that this company misrepresented themselves or used coercive means to get business, he will represent the group. You don't have to go anywhere but sign an affidavit to the effect of how you feel you were taken advantage of. One is enough, but 3 is better. Wonder how this statement will get me in trouble....Oh yeah, forgot, we're in America! In a country where Enron was held accountable, I wouldn't brag about every now and then they might actually sell something. All they sold me was a hard time, an insulting telephone call and repeated email spams that are mounting up against them in a case they will never bring to trial. Not to mention the fictitious stalker emails trying to get information and know my name. You don't scare me buddy, maybe we need to just get a restraining order to stop your stupid emails. By the way, what part of DO NOT CALL DO NOT CONTACT do you not get? over 10 emails so far...does that qualify as harassment? How about just don't try to rip people off to begin with, then you wont get mad that you got busted for having unethical business practices. You are a classic case of "FAIL". oh yeah, so you know what we're talking about, its sellyourboatnow

A class action lawsuit allows one person or a small group of people to be represented by a law firm and sue on behalf of hundreds, thousands or hundreds of thousands of different people with similar complaints. Because there is strength in numbers, a class action lawsuit is a powerful tool that individuals can use to enforce the law against large corporate firms and government entities.
There are several factors that law firms must consider prior to bringing a lawsuit as a class action:
Numerosity - are there enough people affected by the illegal practice to warrant a class action
Commonality - do the affected people share common legal issues
Typicality - are the claims of the person(s) bringing the suit typical of those of the entire class

Paul here..
I not only sold a beaten Bayliner capri through that site, but my cousin Steven sold a very expensive Fountain through them.
They were recommended to Steven by the guy who runs the marina he kept the Fountain at. That guy told him that a few other people who had boats there (the marina is in Florida, my boat was here in GA.) sold or bought boats on there.
I did think they were kinda harsh with me on the phone when I asked a couple too many (?) questions. But they said they'd get the job done quick, and they did. Steven found them the same way, but whatever. If they got the thing sold, that's all I care about. It was taking forever on my own.
You have this one wrong Mark.
Oh, and they are not "foreigners" (although i'm not sure what that meant or why it mattered). they are in california i believe.
