Sequence Hair charged me $3000 for hair weaving that was so painful and tight that my hair fell out before they would see me to remove the weave even though their brochure said to contact them immediately. I had to beg them to see me and they refused to refund my money. Englewood New Jersey

After receiving the hair weave which was supposed to take up to two hours, five hours later, I left with the most excruciating headache. Went home, couldn't sleep because the weave was so tight and itching. Called the next morning after reading brochure which was to call immediately if you feel any tightness, etc. and they said they were too busy and couldn't see me until next week.

In the meantime I should put some Sea Breeze on my scalp to stop the itching. I called again as the Sea Breeze did nothing to allieviate the pain and itching and told me I was coming in. They had also told me in the beginning the stylists there had all been there a minimum of two years. After mine got through I asked her why it took so long and she told me I was her first client.

Needless to say my hair fell out and they removed the weave but refused to refund any of my money. I filed a report with the better business bureau and they advised me that the contract people sign when they go is airtight with no loopholes and suing them would be a waste of time.

Sequence is more than willing to resolve any dissatisfaction. I strongly recommend any discontented customers to contact Sequence to let the company know what they didn't like. Sequence will go above and beyond to adjust or do what's needed to turn around any dissatisfaction and make a happy and steady client. Please call our Guest Relations Manager at 201-567-5332.

All of our stylists are New Jersey licensed hairdressers for 2 or more years. In addition to the two year minimum, all stylists have been trained and certified in the Sequencing method by the inventor of the product. This certification includes an intensive 4 week training program before the stylist is permitted behind the chair. While the average time it takes to integrate the Sequence hair with your own hair is 2 hours, it can take up to 5 hours or longer depending on the amount of hair added.

I encourage anyone to contact Sequence and let us know how your experience with Sequence can be rectified to become a happy client. I am quite confident that Sequence will make what ever adjustments needed to turn around any particular situation so you will be as happy as you had expected.
