Serta Tainted Product Grovetown Georgia

I purchased a mattress from Badcock in Augusta, GA and had to get it exchanged in less than a year because of a defect.  Sometime last month, December 2013, I had my mattress replaced with a Serta.  The store delivered my mattress w/ box spring still sealed in plastic.  They brought it into my home and removed the plastic.  When the guy placed the box spring on the bed rails I noticed a long dark stain on the seam.  It was about 2 feet long.  At first I thought they gave me a used box spring and that it was dirt but when I start to smell something foul and I got closer to the stain, it turned out to be fecal matter.  Of course it was removed and I refused to take the mattress.  There were also traces of matter on the mattress.  I couldn’t tell if it was inside or outside the plastic.  The deliver guys explained that Badcock ordered this sealed directly from the Serta warehouse.  The local warehouse is in Grovetown, GA only 20 minutes from Augusta.  I called them and they tried to redirect me back to the store.  I was finally given the corporate number for Serta.  I contact them and again, they apologized and redirected me back to the store.  I requested to speak with a superior but of course, one was too busy to speak with me.  The supervisor eventually called me back the following day.  I was at work so I missed the call but she left me a message basically refusing to take responsibility and referred me back to the store.  I understand that the store is responsible for the products that they sell but this product was delivered directly from the local warehouse to the store and from the store directly to my house.  The mattress and box spring was sealed in a very strong and durable plastic.  Therefore, someone from Serta smeared the poop on the box spring (and possibly the mattress) before having it sealed in the plastic.  I hold Serta fully responsible for this!!!!!
