Seterus Seterus Foreclosure Mill EXPERTS Criminal Organization grand rapids Michigan

My Loan was with Citi, up until about 2 months ago which was already a total h***.
Then We got a letter in the mail that Seterus were our new holders of the loan. after looking up on line about them My wife and I were in total shock. there is now over 21,000 reviews and everyone is a one star review and that's only because you cant give anything less as we all know. first of all we got shafted by Citi when they took the last 2 months payment and never gave it over to Seterus. we called Citi who said they were going to give it to Seterus which they never. we called Seterus who said Citi will give them the payment which they never. the woman on the phone went on to say we noticed you have a lawyer because we had to sue Citi, long story but we did win the case, another case of fraud against the homeowner. so Seterus told me we cant discuss anything with you regarding your account as we can only speak with your lawyer. Fine.
3 days later the heavy handed tactics of Seterus begin. 3 letters arrive two of the letters says we are 2 months behind and if the account is not brought up to date we will begin foreclosure. Nice welcome to Seterus, very professional. The other letter says we don't have your lawyers name and address on file even though they told us they did. every day 2 letters arrive with different amounts owed. with late fees of $79 per day YES. My lawyer cant get them to reply to anything. no phone calls, not even a Law firms registered mail gets there attention. nothing. meanwhile I continue to keep getting more and more letters with the figure amount going from $5,000 to now $8900, because they have added on not just late charges but flood insurance which was paid and changed over to Seterus with there name on it. I was in the Military service so my insurance company is USAA. they don't mess up, trust me. I normally have faith and trust in the system but what is going on here has me very concerned. The BBB has dropped them and wants nothing to do with them. Today my lawyer has me writing another check for my Monthly mortgage simply because as long as you keep showing you have been making the correct payments according to your Contract with your previous Bank then when, not IF this goes to court for foreclosure which it will, at least you do have a leg to stand on. my faith in the system and the way the banks have been giving all this power to unlock your account and use scare tactics to steal as much money as they can is shot.
This is nothing more then a foreclosure mill on innocent hardworking people, MOST with equity inside there home. My home has well over $150,000 inside of it after 10 years of living inside it. so pure and simple they took on this loan so they can steal it. I cant believe I am living in a country that I served for and being treated this way. I know I will have my day in court but the stress it has put my Family through is untold.
They are Evil beyond belief.
There is a site called glass door where all there employees have put up there experience with working for them. even they will tell you how they try to foreclose by making you look late on payments. that's what there told to do as well.
out of 21,000 people who have taken the time to complain about them, they cant all be wrong. think about this. 21,000 that we know of right now, and not one good thing to say about them. even Citi who were crooks, had at least some people happy but this brigade of Crook have nothing. and they don't even bother to try to cover it up. how on earth are they still allowed to continue
