I received a "free" bottle of AcaiBerry capsules, and supposedly had 15 days to cancel the "auto-ship" option. I tried repeatedly to call or e-mail the company, with no luck. The phone numbers I tried were no longer in service, or unavailable. I finally reached someone at 1-877-615-4233, and they told me they were not connected to this company and couldn't help.
My credit card co. gave me the number 1-866-442-2966, which was listed for the shipping charge- this number no longer exists. The number on my order summary, 1-866-938-4832, doesn't answer. There seems to be no way to cancel this order. My only option seems to be cancelling my credit card.
Please let people know about this scam, and if anyone has any helpful suggestions, please post them.
