Sharenet ripoff phone company Phoenix Arizona

My son-in-law was on the road and needed help from us, so he called us collect. We spoke to him for 4 minutes and were charged an unbelievable amount of money. The bill came in and I thought I was seeing things. Can you believe we were charged $26.39?

Add in the taxes and the Universal Service Fund charges the bill came to $32.48. That is $8.12 a minute. Can you believe that? I called the billing company of Integretel since there was no number for Sharenet on my bill. They said all they could do was explain how Sharenet has to pay for using the lines and pay for property rental, etc. They only gave me a P.O. Box number.

By the way here it is: P.O. Box 14349 Phoenix, AZ 85063.
I will be calling my phone compant and telling them I am disputing this bill. It is too late too contact Sharenet tonight so you can bet I will be calling them as soon as I can to seee if they will reverse some of this. I will post my update as soon as I can.
