Sharp Sharp Aquos TV AquosNet Sharp not true to their product Nationwide

I have a Sharp Aquos "smart TV" model LCD-52LE830U. one of the features that made our decisions to purchase this particular television (when others were less expensive) was the Internet capability  or AquosNet. Over two months ago, this feature became inoperable. After two emails and one phone call we have found out this feature is not available and that at "some point on the future, we cannot give a date" AquosNet will work. They are working on "something special" . Really ? I paid for something I have not received. I call that deceptive practice. Shame on you Sharp.
