We purchased Shaw carpet less than two years ago.

It replaced Karistan carpet that was twenty years old and showing signs of wear on the stairs.

Shaw Carpet denied the wear report, stating we should have vascuumed the carpet daily or weekly.

We are two adults, no pets, who live between two homes.

Give me back my old carpet and remove this disaster.
