shellco credit systems Fernando Ferriera verbally attacked me, called us names and threatend us with legal action toronto, Ontario

We recieved a letter stating that we owe $900 to an apartment building that we lived in 2 years ago. We have never been contacted untill now and had no idea what this was for. We have documents stating we gave our 60 days notice, we were not on a lease and our last month was free. The letter stated that we had 5 days to respond to F. Ferriera or we will have to prepare ourselves for court by the end of the month.     Of course we called the number and my boyfriend asked the man what these charges were for. He claimed to pull up or file and told my boyfriend it was because we gave late notice. We have the papers stating that we gave 60 days and my boyfriend told him that. He said " Im looking at your letter right here and you gave late notice." He lied! Then my boyfriend told him he was not going to pay for somthing he didnt owe or at least untill he talked to Realstar and figured out what was going on. F. Ferriera then said " Oh you want to play a little game huh?" in a threatning tone. My boyfriend, shocked at this point responded angrily and F.Ferriera hung up.     I think called back calm and wanting to understand what was going on and asked the lady who answered the phone for this man. I asked him what the dates on the letter were just to see if what he was looking at was the same as our document here. he told me " Im not pulling your file up after the way your boyfriend talked to me. I dont have to do anything for you. Ill be suing you by the end of the month and ill get my money." I said to him," are you not a professional? Why cant i know whats going on?" and this time i had to somewhat raise my voice over his constant nattering. He wouldnt even let me get a word in. He then said " Whatever tramp!" and hung up!!!    I could not believe someone could talk to someone that way.  That is terrible!
