SHOP DANI, Danielle Janene Jewelry, Danielle Janine Jewelry, Received Unsolicited Cheap Jewelry and $178 in Charges! Evanston, Illinois

I received a cheap looking necklace in the mail yesterday from Haute Jewelry Direct.  There was only a toll-free number that I have called numerous times and get no answer but their recording "all operators are busy - call back."  At one point I left a message but no return phone call.  After doing a Google Search on this company, I discovered its link with Dani and I remembered that name.  I checked my credit card bill on-line and discovered I was charged two times within one week at $89.00 each time for shopdani.com.  When I called to dispute the charges on my just charged credit card, my company said there was no contact information for the charges which show shopdani.com.    About 1-1/2 years ago I had signed up for the $9 special jewelry offer with Danielle Janine Jewelry.  I remember that they sent the $9 piece of jewelry and sent another one a week later with a $68 charge to the same credit card that was unsolicited.  At that time I was able to get in contact with them to cancel all future shipments, but not before they billed me twice for $68!  I was able to get a credit on my card eventually, but what has just happened is UNSOLICITED AND INEXCUSABLE!
