Shopgoodwill not receiving items Internet

I was wondering if anyone else had noticed this problem from Shop Goodwill. In the past two years I've been the winning bid, for a good price, on items that I never received. They give me a refund, but that's not what I want. Their excuse is always we lost it, we've already sold it, it's not here,. I just had it happen in the past 2 months again. I was the winner on a painting and a Brahmin purse. One was lost, the other sold by a different store (?!). I honestly think that some Shop Goodwills, not all of them, are given the instructions that if the painting, purse, Etc doesn't reach a certain price They say that it's lost. And I believe they auction it again. I know they have stores on eBay. I know it sounds crazy, but it's happened to many times for it just to be coincidence. I'm honestly thinking about going to the Better Business Bureau about this. Why sit And bid on something, think you won it and get a notice that it's been lost. Has anyone else had this problem?
