Shopping Essentials obtains information through Vista Print, requires cancellation. Internet

I ordered free business cards through a website called Vista Print (vistaprint.com) which required shipping fees. I used my debit card to pay for the shipping. According to Shopping Essentials, there was a promotion for a $10 rebate card with a subscription to their website and if you did not cancel the subscription within 30 days, your credit card would be billed. I don't know how this happened as there were no references made to that website whatsoever on Vista Print. In defense of shopping essentials, I called them to dispute the charge and the customer service representative immediately canceled my subscription and said that the charges would be credited back to my debit card. She said that the refund would take 2-3 business days, so we will see if there is actually a refund posted to my account. I have a feeling that, based on other reports on this company, there will be no refund. I obtained a name and ID number for the rep that I spoke to just in case...this is always a good idea when dealing with shady companies!
