Shopping Essentials BOGUS COMPANY WHO STEALS CREDIT CARD INFO I Think Omaha Nebraska

This company started illegally charging my account on 12/31/07 and again on 1/30/08 in the amount of $9.95 on each date. They claim that when I bought my mothers Christmas gift at The Pyramid Collection I signed up for there membership.Funny,there memberships claims to give you better deals and I paid full price for my mother gift plus shipping.Not to mention there is no membership sign up on The Pyramid Collections website.Funny.I filed a police report amongst other reports with companies that take down these criminals and shut down my credit card.I called the company and told them all this and demanded my money back.They claim it's on it's way back into my account today.I saw another post where someone wrote that they politely asked for there money back.These are criminals and with all the posts that I have seen of other victims, the customer service people that work for shopping essentials have to know there company is a scam.So I was not about to be nice.I told Lakesha the supervisor there that she needs to get a new job that doesnt scam people.They know what they are doing and have no remorse.They just want to pay the bills,even if it's stealing.I am going to pursue this till this company gets taken down.
