I purchased two Vick Dog Chews from this vendor and have not received anything other than email showing a shipping schedule and a promise of an UPS confirmation. Repeated emails to the company are answered with a form letter and their phone voice mail has been full for several weeks at the minimum. Research into other people's complaints indicate that there is a strong possibility that this was a scam and that virtually no one has received their orders. This is obviously a ripoff and apparently this former DJ who runs this company, Jaime Salcedo, has no intention of shipping this or any other orders of this product. I seek a refund and truly hope that this individual is shut down to prevent more people from being ripped off

I am a happy s****.>
They gave me a safe toy and my dog loves it. Maybe some people don't want to believe their story, but the proof is in the pudding, so to speak.
If you are having problems just send them a note and let them know. Common sense will tell you its not a scam, or else I wouldn't have a toy and they would probably have been shut down or long gone by now. They have an active PayPal account, The site is still up, and they update it regularly.
One more note - Even if you're still waiting, be positive and look at it this way. The Vick Dog Chew Toy is destined to be a collectors Item. When ever you finally get it. It will be worth much more than what you paid for it. I paid 10 bucks. I could have sold it on Ebay this week for about 25 bucks.
Great investments get better over time.
Thanks for reading.
