I placed an order, on August 6, 2007, with this company through PayPal for three of the well publicized "Vick Dog Chew Toy". The product was never delivered.

I have checked the website for s****.> Two weeks ago I attempted to process a "resolution" through PayPal to acquire a refund on my money. Unfortunately, PayPal has a 30 day resolution policy. So, a refund through PayPal is not an option. As a side note, this is also a good reason NEVER to buy anything through PayPal, it appears scams are much easily run through them.

Short of visiting the physical address in Jacksonville, Florida I believe I have exhausted every avenue for reclaiming my money and have now accepted the fact that I have been officially RIPPED-OFF.
