Showroom glam I ordered two swimsuits and never received my items. They only offer contact through e-mail, I have e-mailed several times with no response. They sent me a tracking number with no updates or change, I called usps and they said there is no items with the tracking number they sent me. I feel like I've been scammed Encino California

I purchased two swim suits and waited and waited, I haven't received my items and the only way to contact the company is through e-mail, I e-mailed them several times and they refuse to respond. They sent me a tracking number and said my items were on the way, and check for updates with usps, there hasn't been one update, I called usps and they said no package was ever even delivered to them to ship. I definitely feel like I was scammed :(
