Showroom Glam Never received my order Los Angeles, California Internet

I placed an order for two items on March 2, 2016 and have still not received my order three weeks later. They updated my order status to "fulfilled" on the website, but the tracking number they provided has not shown any updates since pre-shipment information was provided on March 10, 2016 and USPS also did not have any information when I called. I've emailed Showroom Glam twice at info@showroomglam.com and support@showroomglam.com and have yet to receive a response. I want my order by the end of the week, or I need my money back! So disappointing.

I received a response yesterday that they will give me a full refund and send me a free item due to the trouble I experienced. I'm withdrawing my complaint.
