Siegel Suites Lied About Internet, Couldn't use microwave for half of time, Door lock was Broken Las Vegas Nevada

First of all I was told that if I bought an ethernet cable I would be able to use the internet, so I spent 15$ to get one To my surprise I wasn't able to gain access to the internet the entire time I had stayed at Siegel Suites. On top of that, I had to use my cell phone data to use the internet and I was charged 15$ for that. I told the manager but he ust gave me the roll around and didn't offer any restitution of any kind. 

The second night I had stayed in this apartment complex the lock on the door stopped working and for two nights I wasn't able to properly lock it, which I may add, didn't make me feel too safe. 

The third part of my report is that I couldn't use the microwave for four days because there wasn't a rotating device nor a plate in the microwave to place the food.

I was charged 241 dollars for a week of living in this apartment, constantly complaining to these people for the basi things they had promissed with nothing but an appology and a continuation of such actions. I emailed the higher up staff about all of these things and they couldn't and didn't provide any support or restitution I ended my stay here being treated unfairly and unhonestly.
