Both my mother & I recieved a coupon from Silkies to receive a free sample of their hoisery. All it asked for was our size and color. It never said anything about being sent more and being billed for it.

We sent the coupon in and about 3 weeks later, on October 30, 2002, we received in the mail 4 more pairs and a bill for around $14.00. We refuse to pay it. Even worse, they give no phone number to be reached at if we have questions or a web site.

If we want to cancel, we have to take our time and money to send them back. Screw that. I dont have that time and Im not going to waste my money and wait to be reimbursed!

The same thing happened to me too. What I did is pay the first time, and write on the bill "Cancel Account" and nothing ever came again. Silkies does this on purpose, and it is true that there is no phone number to contact them. Good luck.
