I received a loan of $700 with an APR of 795.916%.  The total paid for this loan was a whooping $2,905.  This transaction was done over the telephone.  I was asked about my income, bank account and then informed that I qualified for $700 loan.   I was not infomed of the interest rate or payment schedule.  I  requested that the paperwork be sent to me and received it about 3-4 weeks later.

I believe this is loan sharking! I demand a refund for their blatant disregard for the law regarding ceilings on loan rates in California.
