Silver cloud financial Needed a loan. Recieved an email that I was approved and that funds were on the way. Logged into my account and read a message that the loan had been canceled or withdrawn. No communication from Silver Cloud by phone or email. Needed the funds. Was promised that everything was okay and money was on the way. Been nice if they had called or communicated in some way. They didn't. It wasn't a large loan, but by renegging (and, without any communication) they have put me in a position that has caused me great stress and the possibility of an eviction notice. Well able to take care of the loan and repayment. Have noticed that my negative experience with this company isn't uncommon. If funds are not in my account by tomorrow, I would like to contact other victims in hopes of a class action suit...as well as contacting friends in media in hopes of exposing this company. Internet

"Financial" company that reneggs on agreed loan without communication. Seeking others that have been ripped off regarding a possible class action suit.

*Needed a loan. Recieved an email that I was approved and that funds were on the way. Logged into my account and read a message that the loan had been canceled or withdrawn. No communication from Silver Cloud by phone or email. Needed the funds. Was promised that everything was okay and money was on the way. Been nice if they had called or communicated in some way. They didn't. It wasn't a large loan, but by renegging (and, without any communication) they have put me in a position that has caused me great stress and the possibility of an eviction notice.  As soon as a deadbeat starts whining about class action suits, it's a dead giveaway they haven't a clue what they're talking about and they are stomping their feet in a temper tantrum because they just can't stand the consequences THEY caused! That's a FACT! It was YOU who failed to qualify for this loan. All loan approvals are based on final underwriting approval. They would have made that clear to you. YOU faced eviction because YOU failed to handle your money properly...NOT because of them! GROW UP!

Your credit is so poor that your loan request was declined by a subprime lender, so apparently you have also failed to honor a few agreements in the past.
