Simmons ripoff Atlanta Georgia

Bought Simmons Beautyrest Ellsworth pillow top 1.5 years ago. Suddenly began having serious back problems that seem to be directly related to sleeping on the mattress. Significant sagging of the mattress seemed to occur rather suddenly.

Over several weeks the back problems got progressively worse. At first, I thought maybe I needed medicla attention. I've found that my back problems go away, as long as I avoid sleeping on the mattress. I wake up in better shape, even after sleeping on the floor, than I would sleeping on this mattress.

The warranty appears to be absolutely worthless. The language is extremely vague. From what I can tell, the mattress has not sagged more than the required 1.5 inches. Yet, the bed surface is uneven, and completely unusable. So, here I find myself needing to sell a relatively new mattress. just beware, $800 doesn't get you very far with a Simmons mattress.
