Simple Escapes ripoff Woodbrook Internet

I just noticed on my credit card statement that I have been charged $19.95 a month for the past four months. The company name is Simple Escapes. Their phone number on the statement is 800-307-4570. I have never heard of this company. When I called the phone number to find out what it was, I was told that I subscribed to their service via a phone call from AOL and an offer made by AOL. This is complete BS.

I do not buy anything from telemarketers of any sort. The company told me that they would be happy to unsubscribe me, but as I was already paid up for the month to continue saving money with their service. I still don't know what their service is. I called my credit card company to dispute the charges. The credit card company did a conferance call to Simple Escapes with me. At that time, Simple Escapes was much more accomidating and said they would refund all charges to my card. Wether they do or not is yet to be seen.
