I registered for automatic refill for my phone service. Simple Mobile charged me 8 times for prepaid service and I still do not have phone service. None of the customer service reps understand English. I still have not received one "im sorry this happened, we will fix it's. They claimed the first 10 times I spoke with customer care they didn't charge me because my card was declined. I was looking at the deductions from my account at the same time. My back said they charged me 8 separate times . They claim they cannot reverse the charges that I will have to file with my bank. My bank says all Simple Mobile has to do is fax the bank and say they are not charging or holding my account and it should only take 24 hours not 5 to 7 days like Simple Mobile claims. Simple Mobile customer service is of course located in a non English speaking country. I have already spoken with 10 customer care people plus 5 supervisors and none know any thing about handling over charging customers by such an insane amount.
