Simply Garcinia_Simply Green Coffee Bean Extremely short trial period, and extremely high cost of products hidden in small terms & conditions at bottom of page Internet/Utah

I was directed to the Simply Garcinia webpage from an advertisement on another website.  The conditions clearly advertised on the page, was a 30-day supply for the cost of shipping.  After completing the form, I was then encouraged to purchase Simply Green Coffee Bean with the same offer of a 30-day supply for the cost of shipping.  The two products together would give the optimal results.

After about 15 days of use, I did not see the results they advertised.  So I called the toll-free number.  The automated system told me another shipment was sent 09/06/2014, but I could cancel any future shipments.  I followed the steps required by their automated system and cancelled the automatic shipments on both products.

As of today, 09/23/2014, I have not received either product, so I again called the toll-free number; this time I pressed "0" to speak to a customer service representative.  When the rep came to the phone, I explained I had not received the shipment the automated system told me had shipped on 09/06/2014, so would like a refund.  After asking for my information, she appologized for the automated system telling me other bottles had been shipped, but the charges were for the cost of the original products shipped to me.  I informed her that is not what the webpages stated.  She said the conditions of the trial period are contained in the terms and conditions located at the bottom of the webpage.

Needless to say, I was furious, but I kept my cool.  She had the audacity to ask if there was anything she could do to improve things?  I informed her that other weight loss/excercise products give consumers at least a 30 day money back guarantee (most give 60 days).  There is no way for a person to know if a product is working in 14 days; and I didn't have 14 days, because the time started when the order was placed, not when the product was received.

These two websites and their associated companies are a total rip-off because of their hidden terms and non-attainable conditions.
