Singer Laser Storm ripoff Los Angeles California

I phoned the singer laser storm customer service in last August, 2005 in response to an infomercial for Lazer Storm vacuum cleaners. The offer was buy one vacuum and receive a free vacuum for 3 payments of $39.95 plus S&H of $18.50 for each vacuum. I authorized the above purchase. (I declined all other offers; steamer, warranty, filters, etc.)

I recieved my order about a couple weeks after placement, however I was shocked I got 4 vacuums and a bill which was 193.90, which was taken from my credit card. I called customer service immediately and they instructed me that I would recieve a credit after I return the unwanted vacuums today is October 21 and I haven't recieved my credit even now.

The vacuums that were advertise to be like non other, is false. These vacuums does not do as it's advertise, it doesn't pick up small particles, can't even pick up lint. Buying this product was the biggest rip off for me.
