NO STARS THE WORST!! I placed an ordered with Sir cooper for 5ft posters of my son for his 10th birthday! the ordered was placed well in advanced for proper delivery, they waited a week later to tell me the images sent were of poor resolution. After speaking in detail to a rep from the company and sending better images he promised delivery in time for the birthday party. NOT!! the birthday party was on saturday, the images arrived on Monday morning. I was promised a refund by this same employee, and when i checked my sir cooper account information the refund was noted. 30 days later i call, and the owner tells me he is gonna send the posters back out to me, the employee i spoke to no longer works there, and I'm not getting a refund!! Not on my dime!!
