Sitebuilder.com Is holding our website and domain hostage.  simonerenevirginhair.com.

This company got upset because we wanted to pay every month with our credit card on our end because of security concerns.  We did not like saving our credit card information to their database. They also got upset because we did not want to purchase any of their apps. Their customer service, tech support, billing and  telephone service is nearly non-exsistant.   

WE FAILED TO SAVE OUR WEBSITE INFORMATION, BEFORE THEY TOOK IT OFF LINE; NOW WE HAVE TO START FROM SCRATCH with another company.  IT TOOK US 3 MONTHS TO BUILD THIS SITE. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR HARD EARN MONEY.  By the way their sister site is websitebuilder.com.

Sitebuilder Fraudulent company storefront only. They will take your money but if you call them they say they don't have a technical support team and to send email. Set up domain and unable to point name to another company. System does not allow you to do it. Don't sign up with them. Call them and you reach Phillipines - they say there is not an owner if you ask to speak to a manager or supervisor they said they are the only one there. Nothing but a headache. Not a company/ they are top 6 google searches but they have not tech support. FRAUD! Shut them down! Phlippines Internet
