Sk Auto Parts they stole my money Brownsville Texas

Yes on march 3rd i ordered a seat from hector who told me i would have it in 3-5 days. he gladly took my money out of my acct that afternoon, i waited about 5 days no seat, i call about it and i speak to lady who tells me she will check on it and call me back , no call every came so i call back the next day everybody is in a meeting so i call back that afternoon already closed. Ok i try back the next day they tell i need to talk to someone in another dept about this so they transfer me that person is not in. I try for another 2 more days finally i get somebody to check on it they tell that part is being wrapped up right now and would go out the next day.

I wait a week no parts now this has gone on about 3/12 weeks i call back tell them i want a refund lady tells me no prob,thought they would put it back on my card but sent me a check , guess what no good another week goes by talk to someone again they tell me they are going to send me a money order haven't talk to anyone since. I am out $311.00 dollars that i really need back i dont have that kind of money to just piss away for fun. If anyone can help get these people let me know.
