My dad ordered some stuff for christmas. And only hlaf of it came. They said back orders come in 7-10 days and its been 15 business days. They did however charge my dads credit card. They have no phone number on their website so they say to email them and some one will contact them within 24 hours. I emailed them 3 times. It's been 5 days and still no response. I advise everyone to order their skateproducts from someplace else.
