Skin Elements posted an offer to recieve their snak peptite cream for the shipping cost of $3.95. No other stated obligations were posted. I ordered and subsequently my credit card was charged the $3.95.
Weeks later, a strange entry for $97.83 was on my credit card account under the name of Nouva Fresh Skin Care. I did not recognize the name, and originally thought it was an identily theft person who had charged my account. Upon further research, including other complaints listed on this site, I found out that this company was representing the Skin Care element and that that amount had been charged to my account without my knowledge, approval or consent.
The company needs to make certain that in the future it discloses full intent which it did not do in this case.
