Scam-Skin Element & Eye Vibe- Liverpool Texas

On September 5, 2016 I fill out a free sample request for Skin Element.  All I had to pay was $3.95 shipping & $.99 hadling charges.  I stated I did not want and additional item for an additional cost. Received my purchase order receipt as soon as I confirmed the payment tab.  Everything was okay, till I received the Handling Notification by email.  

Much to my surprise I also received a Handling Notification for shipment from EyeVibe.  I had no idea what this was! Researching my bank statement I find an additional charge of $5.95 deducted.  I did not authorize this charge, nor did I request the product of EyeVib.

Contacted their customer service line on September 3, 2016 at 7:17 AM & spoke with Peter.  He wanted to argue with me that I had authorized this charge.  I stated I did not & I would be returning both products unopened as soon as I received them.  He said I had to try the product before returning.  I told him I would never try their product and I would never do business with such an unscrupulous company.

When I got more upset & told him I was reporting the company to the BBB. He finally gave me the RMA numbers to return the product & cancelled my orders.

Unfortunately, they will not refund my money.  Even though, I never authorized the charge to EyeVibe.  

Be Warned Do Not Do Business With This Company.
