 I ordered a free trial of eye cream and paid $4.50 for shipping. This company started sending me more every month, there was not a phone number or return address on package. They charged me from $92.00 to $97.00 several months before I was able to get a number to call. I explained my situation informing them I didn't want product and would return unopened. They refused to take it back. They refused to credit my account. I explained I am a senior citizen with a visual disability and didn't see the monthly charges before. They had charged me 5 months. They refused to take all the charges off. They gave me credit for 1 month and partial for another month. They couldn't give me an address or phone number for company. You can only call customer service which is a dead end per their company policy! This company has to be stopped what company won't give you a main address or phone number? From what I read they are operating under new name every few months. Why can't you get a number to stop deliveries?. The customer service agent was rude condescending and hung up on me. Please help stop this company from doing this to other innocent people!!
